Haroon Bhatti Appointed to Walsh College Board of Trustees

Farmington Hills, Michigan — Haroon Bhatti, Principal and Managing Director of Capital Business Brokerage, has been appointed to the Walsh College Board of Trustees, joining a distinguished group of business and community leaders supporting the College’s mission of developing the next generation of professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives.

Bhatti leads Capital Business Brokerage, a Farmington Hills-based mergers and acquisitions advisory and business brokerage firm serving Main Street and lower-middle-market business owners. Through his work, Bhatti advises clients on business valuation, exit planning, deal structuring, negotiations, financing strategy, due diligence, and successful transaction closings across a wide range of industries.

As a Walsh College alumnus, Bhatti’s appointment carries special significance. He first came to Walsh as an international student and went on to earn dual graduate degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance. His professional journey reflects Walsh’s mission of combining practical business education with real-world leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
