Toufic Hamdan

Toufic Hamdan is a Business Broker at Capital Business Brokerage with firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, restaurants, franchising, and e-commerce. He has owned and operated restaurants since 2001 and has launched, built, scaled, and sold multiple ventures from the ground up.

In 2007, Toufic opened and operated a national franchise location in Canada, later exiting the business after seven years. He then developed his own fast-casual restaurant concept, building the brand from scratch and eventually selling the business after another successful seven-year run. He also built an e-commerce business that generated over $1 million in gross sales.

Toufic’s background gives him a practical understanding of business ownership. He understands customers, employees, vendors, leases, operations, branding, and the day-to-day realities that business owners manage. That experience helps him connect with sellers and buyers in a genuine way.
